Product Description
The SmartCheck is a digitally supported plant inspection carried out by a HESS employee. The technician brings his own special SmartCheck measuring and testing tools - you do not have to provide anything. Afterwards, you will receive a detailed overview of the maintenance status of all HESS components in your system based on a predefined, standardized inspection protocol.
We will send you the SmartCheck report including a spare parts recommendation afterwards. The SmartCheck is usually carried out once a year and requires an occasional shutdown of the machine or system components in consultation with the operating personnel.
Your Benefits
You will receive a digital condition report prepared by a HESS technician on the individual components of your concrete block system. Based on the SmartCheck report, you will also
receive a quotation for the recommended spare parts. Furthermore, the SmartCheck report contains automated maintenance and adjustment recommendations.
Improved maintenance status can improve the availability and effectiveness of your plant and effectively reduce unplanned downtime. By performing the SmartCheck on a regular basis, you can maintain the maintenance status of your concrete block plant at a consistently high level.
