Product Description
The use of pneumatic silo hammers can effectively improve the emptying of silos for material mixtures that are difficult to process can be effectively improved. Two silo hammers are attached to the coarse mix silo and one silo hammer is attached to the face mix silo by means of a welding bracket.

The lubrication points on the tamper head and the column guide are lubricated with a fine oil film by two maintenance units which can be adjusted separately in pressure and oil quantity.

By using the compressed air - oil spraying system, the lubrication points of the tamper head system and the column guide are lubricated with a fine oil film. The conventional lubrication of these points by hand is no longer necessary, which reduces the maintenance times of the system. This ensures a continuous and effective lubrication of the guide columns. As a result, grease residues do not build up at the lubrication points and must be removed work-intensive during the system is cleaned. Further advantages resulting from the conversion to compressed air - oil spraying lubrication, are, on the one hand, the cooling effect due to the compressed air flowing through the bearing housings and on the other hand, the prevention of dust and dirt ingress due to the overpressure in the bearing housing. All the above factors extend the service life of the bearing bushes and guide columns and reduce labor times for cleaning and maintenance.
