Colormix with Draw Plate

Product Description
For the production of multicolored pavers. Consisting of an additional hopper superstructure to increase the hopper capacity of the facemix concrete hopper with drawing plate. The plate is mounted between the hopper and the hopper superstructure. The movements are made by electric motor and rack.

The installation method of the silo top Colormix with draw plate is identical to that of the existing facemix concrete silo top. This results in simple assembly.
The operation of the drawing plate is simple; only the timing of how the drawing plate is to open must be configured. The parameterization of the drawing plate allows the repeatable production of selected color patterns.
Depending on the available installation height, up to 4 different colors can be produced.

Silo Flap with Filling Tongues Coarsemix Silo

Product Description
Silo flap with 3 separately adjustable filling tongues for equal distribution of the concrete in the filler box. The filling tongues are fastened to the silo flap by using countersunk screws. By loosening the lock nut, the filling tongues can be adjusted separately forwards or backwards in the direction of production. Elongated holes are cut into the individual filling tongues, allowing an adjustment of up to 60 mm.

Retrofit Pneumatic Silo Hammer (2x Coarsemix Silo/1x Facemix Silo)

Product Description
The use of pneumatic silo hammers can effectively improve the emptying of silos for material mixtures that are difficult to process can be effectively improved. Two silo hammers are attached to the coarse mix silo and one silo hammer is attached to the face mix silo by means of a welding bracket.
