Slab finishing to perfection

Curling the surfaces of pavers or slabs refines the look and feel of your products. To achieve this, we provide long-lasting brushes that are "Made in Germany” in various degrees of hardness and grain sizes, enabling you to vary the finishes of your products in conjunction with our curling machine. Up to 8 brushes can be switched one after the other in the curling station, whereby the next brush always rotates in the opposite direction to avoid brush marks.

Our innovative system of composite brush segments allows you to replace worn areas depending on the production width of your concrete products. The brush segments are easy to handle and can be changed quickly in combination with the machine shaft, which can be easily removed for the setup process
