Training at MSM
With an apprenticeship, you set the first stone of your professional career. As a training company, we attach great importance to high-quality training. With us, you take on responsibility very early - depending on your level - and after a solid basic training you can work directly on our varied projects. You will learn relevant theoretical knowledge at the vocational school in Westerburg.
During your entire training period, your trainer and other colleagues from the various departments will be available to answer your questions.
In addition to the employee benefits already mentioned, you also benefit from:

- high-quality inter-company courses and exam preparation at our training partner GLW Westerwald e. V. in Altenkirchen.
First insights with the student internship
An internship helps to orientate oneself in the professional environment and to find out for oneself which profession suits one. We therefore offer you an internship with us for the job profiles of construction mechanic equipment technology (m/f/d) and technical product designer (m/f/d). The internship can be a three-day professional field exploration, as well as a school internship lasting several weeks or a voluntary internship.
