Brand new pictures from Langenhahn detailing two attractive mould jackets for efficient production of reinforced concrete pipe.

The jackets integrate with the high-performance machine Radial Press RP 1250 from PRINZING PFEIFFER and are for pipe measuring 500mm I.D. with a length of 5.0 m.

A great feature of these custom-built steel moulds is a complete inner lining with an aluminum sheet. This combination prevents concrete adhesion during the pipe demolding process.

Furthermore, such lining reduces the wear on the inside of the mould and ensures a consistent outer surface of the freshly demoulded concrete pipe.

Twelve pneumatic centering devices are fitted onto the outside of each mould to ensure the inner reinforcement cage will be exactly centered during the compaction stage of the production process.

After final inspections, these two molds are ready for delivery to our valued customer.
