headquartered in Burbach-Wahlbach. 
As a technology group, we bring together expertise in 
machinery and plant solutions for the concrete and building materials industries.

MILESTONES

TOPWERK has grown out of specialized mechanical engineering companies — with a distinct technical identity and a strong focus on practical application. Since 2013, we have been pooling these capabilities under the umbrella of the TOPWERK Group. This enables us to support customers worldwide throughout the entire plant lifecycle: from planning through commissioning and production to service and modernization.

2013

FOUNDING OF THE TOPWERK GROUP

TOPWERK is founded as a group. Goal: to pool expertise, establish standards, and provide comprehensive support to customers worldwide.

2014–2018

GROUP STRUCTURE

During this phase, group processes, interfaces, and responsibilities are established — ensuring that projects proceed according to plan: from engineering through installation to commissioning and service.

2019–2021

STRATEGIC FOCUS

The portfolio, markets, and understanding of services are being more clearly aligned. Issues such as process stability, operational transparency, and digitalization are taking center stage.

2022–2025

FURTHER DEVELOPMENT & INTEGRATION

Locations and teams are working more closely together: faster implementation, greater standardization where it helps — and enough flexibility for customer-specific solutions.

For me, it’s crucial that responsibilities are clearly defined and that results matter in day-to-day operations.
