Technical Support & Commissioning
Support for installation, commissioning, fault analysis and optimisation — with a focus on mechanics, electrical systems and automation for existing plants and projects. Clear technical coordination, structured root-cause analysis and practical on-site actions.
Engineering & Automation (EAC)
Engineering support in India for electrical hardware design, automation and PLC programming — for projects and existing plants. We deliver the technical implementation for new installations and on-site modifications, with a clear focus.
Sourcing, identification and processing of spare and wear parts for TOPWERK Group machines. Coordinated via Delhi (NCR). Goal: predictable supply, short downtime, and reliable availability in day-to-day operations.
On-site support for installation, commissioning and plant acceptance. Verification of functions, parameters and interfaces. Support through to stable production, including troubleshooting and optimisation steps during operation.
Analysis of recurring issues in mechanics, electrical systems and automation. Structured root-cause clarification, recommended actions and support with implementation. Focus: fast restart, stable processes and reproducible results in operation.
Local sourcing and manufacturing partners for selected components and modifications. Goal: shorter lead times, better planning reliability and cost-effective implementation. Coordination with the TOPWERK Group product divisions and project requirements.
Identification of optimisation potential and support for retrofits. Implementation of improvements to components and functions to increase availability, usability and process stability. Focus: sustainable plant performance.
Practical training for operators and maintenance teams. Content tailored to role level: operation, maintenance, typical fault patterns and best practices. Goal: fewer errors, more stable processes and consistent product quality.
