MONOLITHIC MANHOLE BASE PRODUCTION WITH VARIABLE CHANNELS.

The PRIMUSS 2.0 combines proven production technology with advanced automation for the efficient manufacturing of monolithic manhole bases with variable channels.

A key advantage of the system is the simultaneous processing of channels and connections, reducing cycle times while increasing overall production output. The PRIMUSS 2.0 processes round and square products with internal diameters starting at 600 mm (24") and supports circular outer diameters of up to 2,200 mm (86").

Two fully programmed robots work in seamless coordination, enabling parallel processing across both stations, precise handling and reliable process control.
