Introduction to the New Apprentices 

In recent weeks, HESS GROUP has proudly welcomed a new cohort of apprentices to our headquarters in Burbach. These young high school graduates are now embarking on their training journey, which began with an insightful company tour through our production halls and main building. This initial introduction provided them with an overview of our operations and the work we do. 

Hands-On Experience in Metal Forming 

Currently, our apprentices are familiarizing themselves with our state-of-the-art training workshop, where they are gaining hands-on experience in metal forming. This practical exposure is crucial as they take their first steps in their chosen professions, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. The metal forming work they are doing now is supported by the unwavering availability and motivation of our instructors, who have guided many students through their training over the years and are now excited to get to know each apprentice and their individual abilities and interests. 

Collaborative Training Environment 

HESS GROUP’s training workshop is not limited to our own apprentices. We extend our expertise beyond our company, with our skilled instructors also training apprentices from other companies. This collaborative approach fosters a rich learning environment, where diverse experiences and perspectives are shared, and a sense of community can be formed. 

Diverse Professional Training Programs 

At HESS GROUP, we offer professional training programs in a variety of fields. Aspiring professionals can train to become construction mechanics, industrial salespersons, technical product designers, warehouse logistics specialists, mechatronics technicians, cutting machine operators in milling and turning technology, or IT specialists. Each program is designed to equip apprentices with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their respective fields.
