CONCRETE BLOCKS & PAVING STONES
PLANNED
IN SYNC
Coordinated machines and peripherals—for predictable output and consistent quality.
System Design & Layout
Designed for output, material flow, and scalability—tailored to the available space, logistics, and target product.
Modular Automation
From entry-level systems to integrated lines: Expand handling, drying, and packaging capabilities step by step—with clear interfaces.
Cycle Time & Process Stability
Carefully matched components, buffers, and handoffs to keep the line running and ensure consistent quality.
MORE THAN JUST MACHINES: COMPLETE PRODUCTION LINES.
A concrete block and paving stone production line is only as good as its overall coordination. That’s why we design complete plants as an integrated system—from raw material supply through the mixing plant and concrete block machine to the wet and dry sides, including conveyor systems, buffers, and packaging.
This results in consistent production cycles, reproducible quality, and compatible interfaces for automation and control.
Many system designs can be configured in a modular fashion: Start with the appropriate investment level and—depending on market requirements and layout—later expand handling and automation capabilities to create an integrated system.
- Concept & Layout: Designed for production rhythm, logistics, and scalability—tailored to available space and target output.
- Raw Materials to Mixing Plant: Aggregate silos, dosing systems, and the mixing plant are coordinated to ensure consistent batching.
- Machine in the Production Line: The concrete block machine as the centerpiece—with defined interfaces to handling and control systems.
- Wet/Dry Side & Packaging: Conveying, buffering, the dry area, and the packaging unit form a continuous flow chain to ensure the line runs smoothly.
- Modularly Expandable: The level of automation and handling can be expanded as needed—even at a later date.
THE LINE AS A SYSTEM – FROM RAW MATERIALS TO THE PACKAGE
Coordinated machines and peripherals will only operate reliably if material flow, buffers, and cycle time are designed as an integrated system. The configuration shown is an example system based on an RH 2000-4 MVA—click on the markers for details.
