IN-LINE QUALITY CONTROL 
FOR CONCRETE BLOCKS & PAVERS

 

The HESS Inline QC is a fully automated, non-contact, real-time quality control system—operating inline on the wet side without interrupting the production flow. It inspects every production batch using surface inspection and immediately displays defect images, key metrics, and trends. This allows operating personnel to respond immediately—for example, by adjusting the mixing ratio or machine settings.

Integration & Analysis

The analysis runs seamlessly within the familiar machine visualization interface; in addition, a display unit can show all relevant production metrics and error patterns “at a glance.” Comprehensive statistics and trend analyses support data-driven decisions and help reduce the scrap rate and maintain consistent quality.

What else is possible

When used in combination with a weighing station, it is possible to determine not only height and volume but also density. Defects, colors, and grain sizes of the stone surface are recorded and made available for analysis.
