Demand for diverse shapes and sophisticated surface finishes for concrete blocks and pavers continues to grow. Surface treatment systems help manufacturers expand their product range and create high-quality, natural-looking finishes – efficiently and in line with individual production requirements.

The systems can be integrated into automated concrete block production cycles. Depending on the process, finishing can take place on the wet side between the concrete block machine and the elevator device, or on the dry side, often as a bypass solution before cubing. This allows additional processing steps to be integrated in a targeted way, improves production efficiency and helps reduce unit production costs.
