HESS production statistics record relevant production data such as orders, shifts, shift management, quantities and downtimes—so customers can monitor their performance. 
All data is stored in an SQL database and can be filtered by site, plant and individual plant sections. Access is easy via a web browser, enabling worldwide visibility, provided the customer’s network infrastructure is available.

  • SQL-based data collection with filtering by site, plant and sub-systems (e.g., mixer, concrete block and paver machine, finger cart, drying chamber) 
  • Multi-plant evaluation using one data acquisition system   
  • Optional add-ons: curing chamber & warehouse management, ERP integration (e.g., SAP, Navision), reporting produced quantities, traceability incl. QR code
