COATING.

The coating line is designed for layer-by-layer impregnation or coating of pavers, and for row-by-row impregnation or coating of slabs.

The standard configuration includes an infrared preheating station, spraying for primer, an infrared heating station, spraying for sealer, and a further infrared heating station. Additional IR and/or UV stations can be integrated modularly; application is by spraying or roller coating (depending on the coating medium).
