PRODUCTS FOR YOUR HERMETIC PRESS
MATRICES
Custom, reproducible surfaces for hermetic plates: designs tailored to your preferences, customer-specific protection available, as well as laser scanning and 3D reconstruction for natural stone or existing structures.
WEAR FRAMES
Wear frames up to 1,200 × 1,200 mm—including custom dimensions, custom sealing edges, varying taper, or spacers.
FACE MIX DISTRIBUTION PLATES
For a wide variety of face mix formulations: Distribution plates up to 1,200 × 1,200 mm in various materials (e.g., PE or vulcanized rubber) and with different milling patterns—featuring non-stick properties, even distribution, and reduced cleaning effort.
PRESS HEAD PLATES
Depending on the application and design philosophy: smooth finish or with “edge pressure”/“center pressure,” up to 1,200 × 1,200 mm—made of hardened steel or with a vulcanized rubber insert. Revulcanization of used plates is also possible on short notice; various Shore hardnesses are available for pre-compression and main compression.
VACUUM SUCTION PLATES AND CAGES
Gentle handling even for heavily textured plates: various stud designs, available up to 1,200 × 1,200 mm—for fewer damages and a higher first-choice rate.
EJECTORS
Standard version made of steel or as a vacuum ejector for thin/large-format plates. High-quality welded and milled systems up to 1,200 × 1,200 mm—a prerequisite for high-quality plates without chipped edges or cracks.
COMPLETE MOULDING EQUIPMENTS
Complete molding equipment for all standard hermetic presses: in addition to the core components, these include accessories such as mold tables, drilled/welded matrice-holding plates, and wear plates—all the way up to vacuum units.
PRODUCTS FOR FINISHING
DIAMONDED AND GRINDING SEGMENTS
For calibrating and grinding: diamonded and grinding segments optimized for SR SCHINDLER machines. Universal steel mounting plates for quick changes; for dry machining or with cooling water; working widths of 850 mm or 1,200 mm.
BRUSHES
Curling to Perfection: durable brushes “Made in Germany” in various hardness levels and grit sizes. Segmented brushes make it easier to change tools; up to 8 brushes in a series; counter-rotation reduces brush marks.
HAMMERS
For bushhammering and aging: different head shapes and adjustable parameters enable a wide variety of surface and edge finishes. Worn tools can be fully remanufactured—saving costs while maintaining manufacturer quality.
