Products for your hermetic press
Matrices
We manufacture using three vulcanizing presses. Currently, we have over approx. 1,500 vulcanizing molds.
Wear frames
Format sizes from 1,200 mm x 1,200 mm and special dimensions, individual sealing edges, varying conicity or spacers for your slabs.
Face mix distribution plates
We offer a broad range of face mix distribution plates with dimensions of up to 1,200 mm x 1,200 mm.
Press stamp plates
We manufacture stamp plates in a smooth version or with "edge pressure" and "center pressure".
Vacuum suction plates and cages
Handling of structured slabs. Our vacuum suction plates and cages are the reliable prerequisite for this.
Ejectors
Our systems guarantee precision and durability with dimensions of up to 1,200 mm x 1,200 mm.
Complete mold equipment
We also manufacture the remaining accessories such as mold tables, matrix retaining plates and wear plates.
